Colin Warburton

The Finance House

The Finance House Main Logo
As an independent Mortgage adviser, Colin can offer advice on the broadest range of mortgages, general insurance, life assurance and income protection. He consistently finds the most appropriate solution to meet his clients needs. Colin prides himself on going that extra mile to find the correct product, and if he thinks the client shouldnt do anything at all, he will say so. Colin has dealt with awkward cases, single and multiple buy to Lets, 1st time buyers, shared equity along with the standard re-mortgages and purchases. He always spends the time to find the right deal. Colin provides advice and help following a financial review which usually takes place at his clients home or over the telephone. Usually a review will start with a very broad discussion of our clients concerns and aspirations, before moving on to an in depth discussion and thorough analysis. Colin has been in the industry for nearly 20 years, previously running his own manufacturing business. Unlike many advisers here, Colin does not deal with investments so you can be assured that all his knowledge is focused on Mortgages and insurance. (Life and Home) With the advent of the widely publicised MMR (Mortgage Market Review), Colin exceeds the necessary procedures that are required. You can rest assured that if you use Colin you will receive the best advice available.
