Qualifications: I currently hold CEMAP and I am studying towards my diploma level 4 for regulated financial planning. I have been in the mortgage sector since 2000 and I feel I have a very good knowledge of the current mortgage market even whilst it is still changing on a regular basis. There is a charge for our services which will be outlined at the first meeting stage but the minimum fee applicable is 500, which will be payable to Charles Derby Mortgage Bureau and is refundable in certain circumstances, this will be out lined in our Authority to Proceed document, which will be provided at our initial meeting.
