Andy Wilson Financial Services was established in 2011 by the owner, Andy Wilson, who now has over 42 years experience in the mortgage and financial advice markets. He was joined in early 2019 by Robert Drury, and in 2021 by Steve Taylor, both experienced mortgage advisers. Andy specialises in Equity Release, including Home Reversion plans and Lifetime Mortgages, which allow older borrowers (typically those aged over 55) to release some of the money tied up in their homes. Robert and Steve specialise in mortgages, having both worked with major UK lending companies including Halifax, Santander and Nat West Bank. We are whole of market mortgage advisers, providing loan facilities for first time buyers, remortgagers, home movers, buy to let and most other types of residential mortgages.

They have lived and worked through many of the recent financial issues including the 2007 crash, and know what clients can expect on their home buying journeys. They will be honest about your options, and if a mortgage seems unaffordable, they will tell you - they will always tell you what you need to do to get it right!
