Lime Tree Financial Services

Lime Tree Financial Services is led by James Hammond. As one of Cambridge’s largest teams with decades’ worth of combined experience in financial services we can give you honest advice about the widest range of mortgage and insurance products.

We hope by now that you’ve had a browse through our blog. We may be men in suits, but we know what we’re talking about!
Truly independent
Unfortunately ‘Independent’ can mean different things when it comes to financial advice. For some, it describes a lone advisor offering products from only 8 mortgage lenders and being tied to just one company for insurance.

Not so with us. We sweep the whole market of available mortgages to find the one that suits you best. And our advice on insurance covers the vast majority of products, with the same impartiality.
We hate delays too
Once we have helped you to choose the right mortgage, we do everything we can to make sure that it is set up and completed on time. We get all the right papers to each party quickly (you, the lenders, solicitors) to avoid any complications.
Price is important, so here’s the good news: we normally charge £100 submission fee for mortgage advice, then just £150 if your mortgage completes. Prices do occasionally vary depending on your circumstances – if you want to know more – just ask.
Nothing to lose
Why not give us a call to see if we can help you? Mortgages and insurance can be daunting. We’ve got your back.
