For some, it describes a lone advisor offering products from only 8 mortgage lenders and being tied to just one company for insurance.Not true about us. We sweep the whole market of available mortgages to find the one that suits you best. And our advice on insurance covers the vast majority of products, with the same impartiality.Price is important, and as a company we strive for honesty and integrity so heres the good news: we normally charge no fees at all for mortgage advice until application, so if for whatever reason you aredissatisfiedand no longer wish to proceed then you do not pay us. If the application is made then our fee is typically 250 with a 100 upfront submission fee for our research and time, although theexact amount depends on the circumstances.
