Qualifications: I began my journey into the mortgage world as a freelance administrator, assisting advisors with the sourcing and proccessing of mortgage applications, gaining a lot of experience along the way. Before long, I began to realise that there was a gap in the market for someone like myself. Care and compassion was not always at the forefront of the advice process with many if the advisors i wasa dealing with, and with over a decade of experience wroking within the NHS, i decided it was something I wanted tgo bring to the table. I studies CeMAP alongside my two jobs and thankfully passed my exams, and here we are!
