I needed to take out a RIO mortgage. I am soon to be moving house. How did John Scott help you?He visited me in my own home, which was very helpful. He was able to take me through all the options open to me. He then sourced a lender and proceeded to make the application. The mortgage has been passed, in principal. We now await the survey report and the lenders final answer.Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?So far ,things are going well.What could they have done better? I dont think he could have done any better. Especially, as I had to change the property to purchase; which meant John having to begin again.”
