First Time Buyer
If you are looking for your first mortgage, it is vital that your first stop should be a mortgage advisor, who has access to the whole of the mortgage market (for first charge mortgages only). With Greentree as your mortgage advisor we will talk you through the whole mortgage process, from finding a property, the costs involved, to picking up your keys! We also have access and knowledge of government schemes aimed at First Time Buyers on low incomes. For those of you who have, or want to start a property portfolio the buy to let market can be quite tricky. Lenders lend you money based on the properties rental income and based on your credit history rather than just your income. If you have an existing portfolio that you need to re-mortgage or you want to start your portfolio then we can help.

There are a number of different schemes available for buying your first home, moving up the housing ladder or getting back on the housing ladder. If you fall into this category you’ve no doubt been told at some point that it is difficult to get a mortgage. That maybe the case if you speak to one lender, but with the ability to access the whole of market (for first charge mortgages only) we will be able to find a lender to suit your needs.
Commercial mortgages are very different from a residential mortgage with lenders requiring different information. Lending interest rates and arrangement fees can be higher than normal.
It is always good to speak to a few different lenders as they all view commercial properties differently.

Bridging loans have a reputation for being expensive but they do have their place in the housing market and can be a very good short or long term fix depending on your needs. If you cannot sell your existing property but have found the home of your dreams and you would like to secure the property, then this could be a solution for you.
We charge a fee of £199 and we are also paid commission from the lender, alternatively you could receive the commission from the lenders and pay us a fee of an estimated £995.00
