Qualifications: Mike Hutchinson is a property investor and  former Financial Services manager of a leading Estate Agency with over 20 years financial experience. Having started at the Bradford & Bingley in 1994 he has gained extensive knowledge of Residential and Buy to Let mortgage products in what is now a very tough market. Mike started his first successful buy to let brokerage in 2004 and spent years specialising purely in the property investment market before merging the company with a larger competitor. It was during these years that Mike bought (and still manages to this day) his own personal property of over £3 million of residential buy to let property.  Mike often holds seminars on how to make money from property giving his clients (whether new or old) first hand proven techniques on how to be successful in the harsh world of rental property.  Since 2008 Mike has successfully worked with numerous estate agencies as a mortgage and broker or financial start up business consultant. He is now proud to boast being the “main man” of a number of very successful financial companies and estate agency financial divisions. Mike’s latest financial business is Mayhall Financial Services Ltd which is based in his home town Bingley. Being the owner of over twenty properties in the area it was only natural for him to come back home and give the people of Bingley a financial service that offers straight forward, hassle free advise from a very experienced broker.
