Regulations: There are no up front fees from Money Know How Ltd for advising and arranging your mortgage, any fees would be payable on completion only. If your mortgage does not complete or you dont take our recommendation there is no broker fee payable. A fee of up to 1 of the mortgage amount will be charged on completion for arranging and advising your mortgage. For example a mortgage of 100,000 out typical fee would be 1000.00 subject to our minimum fee of 1895.00. We can also offer a one off fee for a broker fee free service going forward, see example below One off fee-1 of the mortgage amountplus a fee of 0.1 for each year of the new mortgage term. the fee calculated will exclude any debts or costs that have been added to the mortgage. For Example on a mortgage of 100,000 with a term of 15 yearsour fee will be1 of the 100,000 and 0.1 for each of the 15 years(100,000 x 1+0.1of the loan amount x 15 = 1,000 + 1500=2,500.) subject to a minimum of 1895 payable upon completion. The above fee structure is based on an ongoing servicefor the duration of the mortgage with no further advice fee payable. All fees are either paid upon completion or added to the amount borrowed, full details will be provided subject to your individual needs.
