There is more to being a Mortgage Adviser than finding the most appropriate mortgage scheme. It is an extremely responsible task. It means taking every bit of factual information from you; listening to what you want to achieve with reasons why; and generally getting under your skin so as to give best advice. I offer a personal service backed up with professional expertise in all aspects of personal and business funding, ensuring that you are fully protected. We have the whole of the mortgage market to research on your behalf to find the most appropriate scheme to suit your needs at the time.
Larger high-street lenders who are well-equipped to handle vanilla cases are often unable to address needs outside of the norm. Where Credit issues do not fit high-street lender criteria, a specialist lender can usually be found to place a case with that others won’t. It costs nothing to talk over your situation – confidentiality is paramount.
I work for you – not the lender – so I have your interests at heart, offering honest, unbiased advice.
When a new home is the subject of discussion, it is probably the largest purchase that you will ever make. You may raise your family there, or want to start a new life of your own. Your new home will help you to keep or aspire to the lifestyle that you want, and my role is not only to research appropriate funding for you to purchase your property, but also to research and recommend appropriate insurances to keep you in your home in the face of adversity; eg if you can’t work due to an accident or sickness, death or critical illness, redundancy … the lender will still want the mortgage paid.

My aim is to provide a service that you are completely satisfied with, and to build up a long-term client-adviser relationship. As time goes by, your situation changes – children, employment and so I would review your mortgage and/or protection policies on a regular basis, as well as being a point of contact for you whenever you have any queries.
Telephone appointments can be arranged out of office hours to discuss your requirements if that is more convenient. Where distance allows, a home visit can be arranged.
