Prosper Financial LLP was set up in 2009 by Lawrence Green and Paul Bullock. We have worked together as business partners in the mortgage business since 1995.

Whatever your mortgage requirement is we will be able to give you a solution and advice. Our speciality is placing difficult mortgage cases where a client has for example missed a payment, failed a credit score or has adverse credit history to name a few.

We deal with purchases, re mortgages, Buy to Let and Bridging finance. We are able to source from the Whole of the market for a lender to suit your requirements.

Our aim is to deal with your enquiry over the telephone initially by way of completing a ‘Factfind’ we will then endeavour to discuss our recommendations to you by way of a ‘Face to face’ meeting in the comfort of your own home.

Experience & Qualifications

Started in the Financial Services Industry back in 1987 working as a area sales representative for Pearl Assurance PLC then spent time as an Independent Financial Adviser before joined Allied Dunbar in 1996 as an industry professional.

As specialising in the mortgage market and working closely with Paul, it made sense to formulate a Mortgage Brokerage together, and so left Allied Dunbar in 2000 to set this up.

Qualifications are :

Chartered Insurance Institute Financial Planning Certificate (Passed April 1990)

Certficate in Mortgage Advice and Practice    CeMap  (Passed Sept 1998)
