Most were transactional rather than wanting to build long term relationships with clients. The business has evolved over many years and we rely almost entirely on word of mouth with personal recommendations being our biggest source of new clients. The majority of our London clients work within the legal profession, with many Barristers, International Lawyers included within our list of clients, as well as City bankers and accountants all of which we consider as long standing, loyal clients. Our extensive product knowledge, coupled with strong relationships with all the major mortgage lenders, means we can satisfy every client need at the most competitive rate, often through access to rates that are unavailable directly in the market.
