“I went to Simon at the Better Mortgage Company to 1) secure better mortgage rates as the fixed term of my mortgage had come to an end and 2) for help/support with arranging additional borrowing to pay off the Help to Buy scheme. Simon takes a no obligation approach, so even after an initial consultation with him, I didn't feel pressured to use his services (I just knew I wanted to!) and I wasn't charged for the time he gave.
