Mortgage advice will be provided either face to face or via the telephone. As a young and dynamic company we are extremely focused on where we want to be and what we want to offer in the UK mortgage market. We do not charge this fee until an application has been considered by an underwriter and gone to offer this is how we differ from other brokers as we do not charge a fee up front ( the only time we charge this is if the case is declined due to information not being disclosed at the time of application) As part of the application we will also be discussing mortgage related protections such as life and critical illness cover, asiu and home insurance. It is not a condition of the mortgage that you have these protections but please aware that ,if you choose not to take cover, you will still be expected to maintain your mortgage payments regardless of your health situation.
