Excellent service . I needed a loan for a house extention . Being self employed I was made to feel like I had the plague or something worse !!! My books were not the best but they were honest , all tax paid every year ETC . I had no mortgage arrears and all other bills up to date for the 14 years I had owned this property. I had about 150k equity in the house . There was one VERY unjust CCJ from the water company . This was due to having no or very bad coloured water for about 9 months , the water company were aware of this but still wanted paying …. They took me to court and won , their argument was the fact they had given me a water filter jug worth £45. To clean water so I could drink AND the colour of the water was acceptable to wash in !!! Unfortunately the CCJ was King . No one wanted to lend me the 30k I needed for the extention . I was put in touch with Kevin and he sorted it for me …. Now the house has a new rear ectention . Thanks Kevin
