Qualifications: Nick joined Advantage Home Finance in 2021 following 11 years with the Royal Bank of Scotland / NatWest group. In his time with the NatWest group Nick carried out almost every role possible in their mortgage division including “Personal Mortgage Advisor” and “Area Quality & Development Manager”. Most recently Nick was a manager in the banks product development team where he designed the mortgage & protection processes, policies, criteria and systems.
